With a background in Medical Laboratory Science and over five years of experience, Hind joined Sysmex in January 2022 following her tenure at LabPlus. Her hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a diagnostic lab, coupled with her deep understanding of lab processes and technologies, laid a strong foundation for her current role at Sysmex.
As an Application Specialist within the Sysmex Delivery team, Hind is deeply involved in testing, training, and providing ongoing support for the Delphic LIS and HCLAB LIS product suite. Working closely with customers, she assists them with system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and optimised workflows for accurate reporting and data management.

Being on the frontline of customer support, Hind continually evolves her skill set through each project and customer interaction. She thrives on the diverse challenges she faces daily, combining technical expertise, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. Her role has allowed her to refine a diverse range of skills, from problem-solving to writing basic SQL queries and command line IT skills. Equally important is her ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and adapt to changing technology and customer requirements.
